Frederic Le Marcis

Frédéric Le Marcis is Professor of Anthropology at the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon (ENS de Lyon), member of the research team Triangle (UMR 5206) and a Senior Researcher at the Institute for Research and Development (IRD). Currently working in the Republic of Guinea, his research explores health issues especially viral experiences in Guinean history and the circulation of global models of care and punishment in the context of emerging disease and pandemics.
