Gussai Sheikheldin seeks to understand and illuminate the dynamic interactions between technologies and institutions, at local and global scales, and how they influence social transformation and human worldviews. Holding an interdisciplinary PhD from the University of Guelph (Canada), a Master's of Engineering and Public Policy (MEPP), and a BSc in Engineering Technology, he has been a research fellow since 2017 with the Science, Technology and Innovation Policy Research Organization (STIPRO), a think tank that is based in Tanzania and works Africa-wide.
