Muez Ali is an economist based in Doha, Qatar. He is an Honorary Research Fellow at the Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources at UCL. His research interests and activities include the political economy of climate change, knowledge production and social protection in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Muzan Alneel is a writer and public speaker. She is the Co-founder and Managing Director of the Innovation, Science and Technology for People Centered Development (ISTinaD) research centre in Sudan. She is a former non-resident fellow of the Tahrir Institute for Middle East Policy (TIMEP) and a consultant on industrial policy for the Industrial Research and Consultancy Centre in Sudan.
Mayada Hassanain is an economist specializing in poverty, inequality and feminist political economy. She is currently a researcher at the Institute for Economic Justice.
