Oley Dibba-Wadda is an expert in gender equality, human capital and youth development. She is the Founder, President and CEO of the Gam Africa Institute for Leadership (GAIL). She is also part of the inaugural cohort of the Amujae Initiative, the flagship program of the Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Presidential Center for Women and Development.
