Portia Roelofs is Lecturer in Politics at King's College London. She has published on Nigerian politics and political ideas in the journals Governance, Journal of Modern African Studies, Oxford Development Studies and African Affairs. Her book, Good Governance in Nigeria: Rethinking Accountability and Transparency in the Twenty-First Century is published in April 2023 with Cambridge University Press.
