Toendepi Shonhe is a political economist based at the Thabo Mbeki School of Public and International Relations, UNISA. He holds a DPhil in Development Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa and a master’s in public policy management from the University of Witwatersrand. He is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe. His research interests are in agrarian transformation, accumulation, social differentiation and rural development.
