    Very disappointed with some points in this article,Congolese people been paying the price since 1996 when Kabila started his rebellion with his western friends more than 6 millions dead is that for the settlement? This time the Congolese people will be stronger than him, HE WILL NOT LEAD AGAIN, he has no more than 20% of people in the country ho truly support him. HE WILL GO VERY SOON.
