Daniel Leader

Dan Leader is a barrister and partner at Leigh Day’s international department. He specialises in international human rights and environmental litigation with a particular focus on group actions by claimants from the developing world. He has extensive experience of business and human rights, cases against parent companies, complex group actions and mass tort claims. He represented the Ogale and Bille communities in their recent successful Supreme Court legal battle against Shell.
