Arnaud Dakpogan is a Research and Scaling Fellow at J-PAL Africa, where he works with researchers and policymakers to develop evidence-based strategies and partnerships for J-PAL's King Climate Action Initiative (K-CAI) in Sub-Saharan Africa. He holds a PhD in Development Finance from Stellenbosch University.
Jack Ellington is a Policy Associate at J-PAL Global, where he works in the Environment, Energy, and Climate Change (E2C2) sector.
