Lucy Atieno is a tourism researcher with scholarly publications covering issues related to sustainable tourism in Africa. She currently works with Sustainable Travel & Tourism Agenda (STTA) in Kenya, and actively contributes to open dialogues on sustainable and responsible tourism at the Network of Education on Sustainable Tourism (NEST), housed at the University of Bologna in Italy, where she is a member. Lucy resides in Nairobi, Kenya.
