Gussai Sheikheldin seeks to understand and illuminate the dynamic interactions between technologies and institutions, at local and global scales, and how they influence social transformation and human worldviews. An expert on technological change and development governance, he has been a research fellow since 2017 with STIPRO, an African think tank. Since mid-2020, he has been director of IRCC, Sudan's main industrial RTO (research and technology organization).
Muzan Alneel is a writer and public speaker with an interdisciplinary professional and academic background in engineering, management and policy making. Her work focuses on the utilization of technology for people-centred development. Muzan is the managing director and co-founder of ISTinaD (the Innovation, Science and Technology Think-tank for People Centred Development-Sudan) established in 2021. She’s an industrial policy consultant at the IRCC, and a non-resident fellow at TIMEP.
