Myriam Blin is the Head of the Charles Telfair Centre, a Mauritian think tank, and leads the executive education at the Charles Telfair Campus in Mauritius. She has worked in academia for more than 15 years and her research focuses on gender and political economy. Jess Auerbach is a Post Doctoral Researcher at Stellenbosch University. She holds a PhD from Stanford an an MSc from Oxford and undergrad from UCT. She is the author of 'From Water to Wine: Becoming Middle Class in Angola' (University of Toronto Press, 2020).
