Leslie Bank

Leslie Bank is an Extraordinary Professor at Walter Sisulu University, a consultant at the Human Sciences Research Council and the Principal Investigator of an IDRC-funded Women-RISE research project on Covid recovery and reconstruction in the rural Eastern Cape in South Africa. He is the co-author of Covid and Custom in Rural South Africa (Hurst, 2022) and a co-editor of Migrant Labour After Apartheid (HSRC Press, 2020).
