Constance Sorkpor

Constance Sorkpor is a political economist whose work spans trade, development and global value chains. He is Director of Research, Economics of AI, at the Kernel Institute of Socio-Economic Research and a consultant with Abors Holdings LLC, an advisory firm working on trade compliance and risk. His doctoral thesis at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), Tokyo, ‘Partisan Cocoa: Varieties of Cocoa Upgrading in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire’, compared how domestic politics shaped the two countries’ cocoa sectors.
